INGREDIENTS
* Cooked rice 1/2 cup
For the cucumber
* Cucumber 3/4 cup
* Sugar 1 tbsp
* Salt
* Chilly flakes 2 tsp
For the Salad
* Carrots 1/2 cup
* Raw mango 1/2 cup
* Red cabbage 1/2 cup
* Bean sprouts 1/4 cup
* Red pepper 1/4 cup
* Onions 1/4 cup
* Peanuts 2 tbsp
* Salt to taste
* Siracha 1 tbsp
* Lemon juice 1 Tsp
For the Dressing
* Sweet chilly sauce 1 tbsp
* Siracha 1 tbsp
* Salt to taste
* Oxie Nutrition Peanut Butter 1/4 cup
* Soy 2 tsp
* Lemon juice 2 tsp
Sauté 3/4 Cup Paneer with some oil and salt in a pan and keep aside
